Salvatore Alioto  (42) – Managing Director

Ex McKinsey&Co and ex. JPMorganChase he spent 15 years in the financial business across Europe and Middle East. Salvatore was a Managing Director and head of investment banking in Al Mal Capital, a Dubai based Investment bank before being involved in the development and operation of two investments funds in the Middle East. Salvatore has an extensive experience in originating and closing transactions, fund raising and structuring of convertible bonds products. Fluent in 4 languages he is a Telecommunication Engineer from Politecnico di Milano and has an MBA from Insead (France).

The INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR BOARD is responsible for Tetrascope’s business guidelines. As per its original mandate, the Board is asked to supervise the company’s activities guaranteeing the compliance with its scope of business and the respect of its mission.

Stefan Keller (47) – Member of the Advisory Board

Stefan Keller is Managing Director of trs energies GmbH. He has long term experience in the area of capital equipment and was serving in various senior positions at midsize and large companies. His deep knowledge in Automation- and Process Technology combined with his long term know-how in structured finance solutions build a ideal basis for a successful Management of trs energies.
Mr. Keller is one of the founder, shareholder and Board Member of TRS AG, the mother company of trs energies GmbH.
Stefan Keller holds an engineering degree (Dipl.Ing) in Product Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in European Mechatronics.

Akis Ellinas (52) – Member of the Advisory Board

Akis Ellinas is chairman of Ellinas Energy, the main renewable energy company in Cyprus. Mr. Ellinas’ primary objective is to develop, to construct, to operate and to promote renewable energy projects in Cyprus and abroad. He was the first to develop renewable energy plants in Cyprus, building and operating the largest wind project on the island, located in the Orites area (Paphos District), of an approved capacity of 143 Mw. Ellinas Energy also has projects underway in Bulgaria, Greece and Lebanon.

Jean Marc Le Joune (49) – Member of the Advisory Board

Founding partner of Star Sapphire International Ltd, a private equity and consultancy firm with special focus on investment in new technologies, clean energy and natural resources.
Previously Jean-Marc was Managing Director and Head of Financing Solutions Group at Barclays Capital in Dubai in charge of origination, structuring and execution of capital markets transactions in the Middle East (Bonds, Equity Linked and derivatives solutions) and more particularly the islamic financing platform at Barclays Capital who originated most of the largest islamic capital market transactions to date. Previously Jean-Marc occupied other senior positions at Barclays Capital in London and other global institutions such as Deutsche Bank and Abn-Amro in Paris. Jean-Marc is an Engineer in Physics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees (France) and hold an MBA from the the IAE in Aix en Provence (France).
